Martin qualified from King’s College London in 1990, working in London and Kent before moving to Yorkshire. He undertook a further 3 years study, culminating in a Master of Science degree in Non-Surgical Facial Aesthetics in 2013. Martin is also a certified provider of Invisalign clear aligner therapy.
James qualified as a Dentist from Newcastle University and joined Lawnswood in 2017. His aim is to provide the highest quality of patient care, achieving the desired results with minimal intervention required whilst being in a relaxing environment. Emphasis is placed not only on the clinical treatment, but the entire patient journey.
Nicole qualified as a dentist from the University of Leeds in 2022. She also has a degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Liverpool of which she qualified in 2017.
Liane, one of our hygienists, has been with the practice since 2006. She trained in Birmingham and worked there until moving back to Leeds. Liane has two daughters and a dog which keep her busy when she isn’t at work. She enjoys travelling, spending time with her friends and family and going to the gym.
Paula gained her Diploma in Dental Hygiene & Therapy from Leeds Dental Institute in 2008. She decided to start her career as a dental hygienist in Leeds, and has been with LDC since 2009. Paula enjoys travelling and keeping fit and spending time with her friends and family.
Emily qualified from the University of Leeds as a Dental Hygienist in 2014. Since then she has worked in private practice in North Yorkshire and joined Lawnswood Dental Care in 2021.
Emily is passionate about treating periodontal disease, and in supporting patients to improve and maintain their oral health.
Outside of work Emily has a young family, and enjoys walking, baking and nature.
Lindsey joined LDC in 2004. Lindsey has over 20 years experience in Dental Nursing working in a range of fields within Dentistry. She has a particular interest in Implantology and Minor Oral Surgery. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and long walks with her two dogs.
Jo joined LDC in 2009 as a Dental Nurse/Receptionist. Jo has over 20 years experience in all aspects of dental nursing but especially in dealing and understanding anxious and phobic patients. Jo’s interests outside of work are horses, and socialising with friends.
